Thanks for the replay.

I met this fella at Rob's/Fullers. About 4 years ago. He seemed quite enthusiastic. I think he was between employment and attempted this endeavor.

Any other reasonable and honest property maintenance out there that can be recommened?

Worry free property management ..... Owners name is Tim Doucette 455-5645 I have done a lot of work for his customers and everyone has great things to say about him and his company.
