Default Family Dollar Store Open in Meredith

FD is open in Meredith, but prices seemed a bit high to me, also lots of Food?!
Still I wish them the best, but maybe some lower prices!!

UOTE=fatlazyless;166275]Helloooo Meredith......here's some great news.....the great big Family Dollar tractor trailer truck.....was seen unloading at the new Family Dollar-Meredith today....and there's a couple new Family Dollar signs up permanently on the building.....so it looks like an August 25 opening just might be the real deal!

Watch out Hannaford's, Rite Aid, & Aubuchon's......here comes the Meredith Family Dollar with $2.50 - 3" paint brushes, super el cheapo cleaning items, and frozen microwave lasagna.....thud...thud...thud...thud....it's getting closer!

...and Nestle Goobers, too!

So, what the heck is a Goober?

Today is August 18.......understand! [/QUOTE]

Default Grand Opening

Just as an FYI everyone...a little birdie told me that Family Dollar will have their "official grand opening" on Saturday, Sept 10th. They are raffling off a childs bicycle and a local radio station will be there as well. Just in case anyone is looking for something to do that day.

I just received an email that the Family Dollar store in Meredith is looking for a clerk. I don't know if anyone is interested. Fatlazyless- maybe you would like the position. I bet you will get a big employee discount.

Thanks for the heads-up, except working at Family Dollar means I would have to show up on time, and actually do some work.....probably could not last too long. ....work?
