Hey, is it legal to have four on a 3-up PWC?

If so than you can pull 3 people behind it and have the 3 spotters required.

We hadn't even considered that there were four of us on our three person PWC!

I e-mailed my silly question to Marine Patrol and I was told that the dogs would not count towards the capacity, but would count towards the weight limit. Guess we're lucky they're small and light.

We're good and legal to ride!
