Correct NB, except I was referring to the 70's. No illegal activities involved except snowskiing behind it with a ski rope.

A Ghetto Glider could also be a tricked out motorcycle. The routine was to slowly "Cruise" through the Hood...ie;.. "Profiling" ..at slowspeed so you would be SEEN by the inhabitants. NB

PS: Part of my upbringing was in Paterson, NJ, in the fifties. I moved out in 1959 when I went in the NAVY. It wasn't the Hamptons.
