That's because it would be hard to keep up.

Many school districts simply have a third class mailing permit and broadcast a newsletter to all postal routes within their ZIP code. Little mail is sent via First Class mail because of costs. Generally, the local newspapers are your best resource for school information. After that, school websites can be useful.
