The sourdough flatbread pizza at Tavern 27 is the best I've ever had. They have two for one pizza on Tues. Don't try to box one and take it home. They will charge you for the box

For regular teen-age type pizza, The Laconia House of Pizza been a stand by for years.
For Gourmet pizza, you would have to travel to ManchVegas for '900 Degrees' creation. If heading for Logan airport, at the first exit after the tunnel, there is a pizza place with the best thin crust pizza. First time I ever like anchovies. I had great pizza at the 'Red Blazer' in Concord. Trouble is it was a special and they don't carry it on their menu.

A new contender -- Wolfe City brick oven pizza. Wild selections including "dessert" pizza. All the traditional toppings as well. Daily pizza special(s), I think they also deliver (in Wolfeboro).

It's actually in Peabody, in the former Bennigan's location. I would stick with the East Boston location or just get take-out. The "dining in" experience at the new location leaves something to be desired.
