Don't know how broad the selection is, but I know Garwood's in Wolfeboro has Guinness on tap. Once I see the Guinness, I usually don't look any further since I don't see it on tap all that often. In fact, when I am traveling, I often find myself picking my dinner locations based on whether they have Guinness on tap - I have been a convert ever since a trip I took to Ireland.
