Hi all!
This morning hubby and I were getting ready for the day (about 5:15 am) and we heard a loud animal sound from the woods across the street. We determined it was a larger animal as the sound was deep -- it was a cross between a snort and a roar. It continued for several minutes, with about 30 seconds between each snort/roar (is that combination at "snoar?") At first we thought it was a moose. Hubby did some research online (wild animal audio) and found the sound to be that of a bear. Pretty nice way to start our day! Any forum members out there that live near the junction of 11A and 11B know of recent bear spottings? Gravy |
