I know we discussed this on another thread, but I received my NH Safe Boating certificate today. On the back of the very nicely designed card, it is listed that the "Certification Source" is.... INTERNET. On the front is printed "This is a NASBLA APPROVED Course". Why is it important to the State of NH, or other states for that matter, that I took an INTERNET
course? I may be paranoid, but I smell a rat.
