Driveway Sealcoating ?

Looking for someone to help me sealcoat my driveway, probably won't start project until June ?

I've had asphalt professionals spray-coat driveway in the past, and it looks great for a season, but doesn't last.

That said, I'm going to seal-coat by hand, and use a airport grade, probably a rubberized blacktop filler.

So looking for two things here:
1. A worker/laborer to help with the project
2. Suggestions for asphalt sealer brands and types
