Question NH State Liquor essential?

New Hampshire has 77-state liquor stores spread across the state which is easily the largest interface between the State of NH and the NH-people. They sell spirits and wine, no beer, lottery tickets, and no tobacco items. For beer you go to a grocery that also sells food items.

Ok, so why is the NH State Liquor store considered an essential business that's open now during the corona virus scare while restaurants and bars are closed?

For state liquor store employees who sell liquor and wine to the public it seems like they must be in close proximity to many different customers and putting their own health at risk.
