Question Visiting NH; looking for safe ice

Hi y'all! My boyfriend and I are visiting NH this weekend and staying near Winnisquam. My boyfriend is a big time ice fisher and is hoping to find a place with safe ice. We got a ton of rain in southern MA the other day and know it destroyed our state's ice, but since it's much colder here, we were hoping to find some. Any suggestions would be awesome, even if that requires to drive north of our Airbnb. We were in Lincoln last night and it seemed colder with more snow there, so we wondering if ice can be found (other than ice castles!). Any help is greatly appreciated! Happy ice fishing season!
