Looking like a busy summer

I followed the slip rental market closely for 2 years before buying one last year. In looking at the classifieds on this site this year there has been an explosion of postings seeking a slip to rent. Seeking slip ads outnumber slip for rent ads for the first time since I started watching. It seems like we may have achieved slip saturation this year. Anybody else have anecdotal evidence for or against? Is this a pattern seen before by all you "old timers"?
