You are entitled to your opinion, yes, but typically one should have some history before blasting a company on a public forum. Since no one here knows you, we assume you're a Negative Nancy or, in forum lingo, troll.

What was your point, anyway? There was no request for help or positive outcome, etc. You basically set up a box in the middle of the square and started shouting insults. Blech.
