Default Ice Conditions

After hearing reports of 9" of ice in Saunders bay, I decided to check the Glendale launch area. I walked out about 25' knowing the water was only 3-4' deep and dug a hole through the ice. it went through quick!! I measured 4" of ice and decided to remove my fat arse off before my feet got wet!

Looks like one more week for me before I check ice again and put out the bob house.

Disclaimer: Always check ice thickness for yourself before venturing out. Never believe anyone including me!!

Tight lines,

Dan
