What's going into old Hannaford store in Gilford?

The article says that the new Walmart store would be split; part in Laconia, and part in Gilford. It's so nice to see the two towns, Gilford and Laconia getting along together like that to be home to a brand new Walmart Supercenter!

If you travel to Tilton or Concord you pay less for the same items found in the Gilford store.
I asked a Gilford worker about this and was told the location and the small size or the store, are the reason prices are higher.
On one occasion I found a $10.00 difference between Gilford and Tilton.
The location will not change and we all know how greed seems to play a factor in business’s that are closer to the lake and tourists.
