FaceBook always has small sailboats available from local sellers.

I've got a 14' Sunfish located in Wolfeboro--one of two--that I should sell.

Craigs list has about 10 in NH and MA in that size. Depends on what kind of sailboat you want in that size. Lot of different types to choose from in that size.
