Which one of you Bear Islanders listed the lot on Zillow for 20k that requires a ROW to access?

It’s also announced on the I Boat Facebook page, so seems like someone’s hired people to do fireworks.

Good show
Watched from a-far before heading off to the Weirs to see the 9:30 show sponsored by Tiki Boats and Atlas. Bear/Mark was a good show - Definitely professional grade. Having said that, we were impressed with the Weirs show - have not been to one of those for some time but motored away with the impression that it was one of the better we have seen in a while.

I do know that many years ago the town took possession of a back lot for non-payment of taxes, then sold it at auction. The buyer may be looking to sell. But why do you assume the seller is a Bear Island resident? |

Professional Fireworks Tonight!
192! I didn’t assume anything. Curious about a ROW required lot for sale and thought one of you would have more information. The alternative is calling the RE office which ends in to many questions and many unwanted follow ups. Must add, what are you so angry about?
