Real Estate Appraisals

I'm surprised this has not been covered before in the forums.

I'm interested in getting recommendations for Real Estate Appraisers in the lake area. I'm not talking about a market appraisal from a real estate agent. Rather a recommendation for a certified appraiser who would produce an appraisal for an estate closing.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations/references.

Stanhope Group in Portsmouth is another that I have used in the lakes region. One of their appraisers lives in Alton Bay.
