Default Looking to have a shop/accessory building put up on Rattlesnake

Hi !

We have permits in hand for a 16x18 1.5 storey accessory building on Rattlesnake Island - looking for standard stick-built construction; Sonotubes, T-111 siding, shingled roof, windows in, etc. - essentially tight to the weather.

The working area is very flat, with some rocks sticking up in one section - typical ground for the island. I am available to help in the project, and have some real experience in building, but at my age - just this side of 60, I am not going to take it on alone. And, we want the construction to be completed in a reasonably timely manner, once begun. It would probably take me the better part of the summer to do it on my own

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! We could "import" people from our home area, but I would much prefer to give the work to folks local to the lake.

This is not a real big project.

Let me know!

Thanks and Regards, Steve

I would recommend Steve Buzota of Island Support Services. 603-520-1778

Steve has done a lot of work for me on the island and has always done a great job at a fair price!

Default Second ISS and Steve Buzzotta

I second Steve Buzzotta and Island Support Service. Steve built my place on Rattlesnake and is currently putting an additon on our neighbors place. He is professional, fair and does amazing work. He knows the islands and what is involved and has the equipment and people.

Default Iss

ISS just finished a project to re-frame a 10 X 24 side room, install new windows and sliders, T1-11 siding and trim, and build a new deck.

The work was well done, was ahead of schedule and under the cost estimate.
