Chef from William Tell?

Does anyone know if the chef/owner (Peter) from William Tell is "guest cooking" at a local restaurant? He was cooking at Christmas Island on Tuesday nights earlier this year.

I have some guests coming in from Europe and would love to have them experience Peter's cooking if he's still around.
