Need help for posting Photos

After reading the forums and the great response from readers and responders over the years, I know someone out there can help me with instructions on how to post photos from my I Photo on Apple.

I think if you go here http://photobucket.com/ and join than you will be able to upload photo to web. than you click on link below the picture and than when you start a new thread here it has an icon for inserting a photo, paste the link there and you should have it.
