Reading the letter from the town.

It lists Land, Buildings, and Features.

Anyone explain what "features" are ?

If you go to your town's tax assessment database, you can see your tax card. On it, features are things like a fireplace, shed, dock, second kitchen, etc. I note that some towns assess "temporary seasonal docks" and others do not.
