I have received sad news through FB that a long time member of this forum has passed away. Redwing, who lost her husband several years ago passed. I don't have any details but she was actively enjoying life very recently with no health issues apparent. Very sad.

I was just in Connecticut with Redwing's (Sarah's) family. She did have heart issues. She died while on vacation in Costa Rica. Sarah was traveling with a senior group from her home town of Wallingford, Ct. It is very sad!! I had been friends with her for over 50 years. She was 69 years old. She loved her cottage which is near Marker 52. I will miss her dearly!!!

Thank you for your recent post. So sorry to hear about your close friend. My wife Betsy age 69 was also raised in Wallingford, cannot help but wonder if they went to school together. Please let me know her last name or call Betsy directly @ 279-0918. Thank you
