The "New" Canoe
Holla! Had dinner with the wife and kiddos before heading home for the week tonight, and it was great. I've always had good experiences there, but there seems to be a...brighter tone with the renovations. There are some clearly new people--our server was one of them--but they were very responsive and interacted sweetly with my children.
If you've had bad experiences in the past, I would suggest you give Canoe another shot. Bon appetit! Sent from my Moto G (5S) Plus using Tapatalk |

Are people finding it more kid friendly than in previous years? If they don’t take reservations what time to get there to avoid a long wait?

As for timing, we showed up at 5:30 yesterday and the parking lot was half empty (a truck and trailer was taking up 4 of the spots!). When we left at 6:45 or so, it was packed like sardines. Sent from my Moto G (5S) Plus using Tapatalk |

I have never found it unfriendly to kids either. the only rule was that kids could not eat in the dining room to the left when you walked in for the renovations Sent from my iPhone using Winnipesaukee Forum mobile app |
