Drunk (speeding) boater crahes, Lake George
Often we hear that the implementation of speed limits on Lake George has been a success.
Unless and until you consider an alleged CRIME like this. Apparently the widely publicized speed limits on this particular lake had no effect on this woman's alleged decision to break a number of boating regulations.
