anyone know about a medical emergency on Pine Island on Saturday. About 1-1:30 we saw marine patrol pull up with the lights flashing where the Manitou parks and right behind that the fire boat pulled up with 5-6 fire/paramedics on board. At Y-Landing they had an ambulance waiting.
