I wonder if that is the River Rambler from Methuen,MA.used to watch it glide up and down the merrimac river

i wonder what he means that there are new tires so great traction in the water, is he referencing new pontoon's. and I can think of a lot better ways or uses for a Rambler and a pontoon deck. Interesting though, not my money so I don't find, interesting to look at though
