Anyone near WAM?

If anyone is in the area of WAM in the next few days can you email me the price and phone# off the Fountain for sale to the right of the entrance? I saw it on the way by tonight but did not have time to stop for the details. Anyone who hangs out at the sand bar may know the scoop as I have seen it there regularly.
