All in all I think this is a good thing and maybe it will reduce some of the complaints about Hi-Performance boats...

I have no doubt that beginning next year the law will be enforced rather aggressively. The whole point of the law was to make the test easy to administer and essentially instant.
I have seen motorcycle noise test checkpoints setup last summer. Don't really know how successful they were... Woodsy
