Four-month 2021 rental

Our friends in Alton have just sold their beautiful home and are moving to Florida in less than two weeks. They would like to come up to the Winnepesaukee area for four months next summer. Lovely people. Non-smokers. No pets.They are so busy packing and getting ready to leave that I am trying to find them some leads. Thank you.

At $950 dollars a night in the summer they would spend almost 100k to rent your place for 4 months. Beautiful place though.

There is a place across the street from me on Waukewan that rents for $350 a night on FRBO. Nice, quite neighborhood only a mile to town. I'm not sure what's available for next summer.
