Bird poop

My pontoon boat is on a mooring, last few weekends when I have come up I have significant bird poop not only the black Bimini cover but also on the stern deck. Has anyone had this problem, hate having to spend hours scrubbing the deck.

Buy a couple of rubber snakes on Amazon....8 bucks or so for realistic looking black mamba. Fake owls don't work but snakes usually do.
