Does anyone have any info on this Cottage/Condo complex in the Gilford / Laconia line ?

On what road or in what location? Weirs Road?

Gilford and Laconia have many cottage colonies and a lot of boundary that abuts. More information would help.

It's on Rte 11A almost across from the road that goes to Governors Island

Governor's Crossing is the single family home neighborhood that has been being built for the last 6 or 7 years.

I believe he is referring to the group of small white cottages adjacent to that.
