Default Winterization Advice

I'm in the process of remodeling a 3 seasons cottage but because we will be using Mitsubishi heat pumps it will remain a 3 season cottage.

We want to have an on demand electric hot water heater and a small dishwasher. For those of you who regularly winterize your place do dishwashers and/or on demand electric hot water heaters cause problems?

Since we are rebuilding 80% of the cabin I've already told my plumber to set everything up for an easy blow out. Any other advice you'd care to share in terms of making the year end close up as easy as possible?

Thanks as always!
