Rubbish Pick Up

I have used Waste Management for many years for weekly pick up of residential rubbish in Gilford. Their customer service is poor and their phone system is one of those multi-option things that takes 10 minutes and 6 choices just to be put on hold to wait for a human. When you call, their machine asks if you would like to take a survey. Hint to Waste Management: Most people just want their problem solved, they don't want to take a survey. They have a machine call you every holiday to tell you that the pick up will be a day late (I get that, no need for the 10 reminders a year). They have failed to pick up at my house for the last two weeks, leaving a mess on the street. So, for these reasons, and many more too numerous to mention, I am looking for a new trash company for weekly pick up in Gilford. Does anyone have good experience with a local company?
