Smile Makes Waves for Winni: Swim-a-Thon Event

Let’s make a splash! In the last week of August, LWA will be hosting a Swim-a-Thon! For the last 3 years, Alexis Wallace has trained year-round to complete a benefit swim to raise awareness and support LWA's mission to preserve the beauty and ecological health of Lake Winnipesaukee.

Alexis battles Lyme disease and cannot complete the distance that she had hoped for this year. With your help, we can soar far beyond her goal of 3 miles and spread her message to all those around the lake. You can help by joining our swim! Each swimmer will be collecting pledges online through this fundraising page and/or through our website. Please share this initiative with your friends and family to ensure its success! This will mark Alexis Wallace's 4th Annual swim, reflecting her dedication to protecting the lake's natural wonders for present and future generations.

Rules
1.) You must pledge to swim a certain distance and take photos/videos to document your swim.
2.) You must contact us with your info and location so that we can obtain a permit from NH Marine Patrol.
3.) Please share the fundraiser challenge with friends and family to help raise awareness and support LWA's work to Keep Winni Blue.

3.) You must be 18+ to participate.
