My little fox friend had a pair of kits....

I was surprised this morning to see the Fox that visits me daily now, out in my backyard. And then I saw 2 kits pop out from under my shed and start frolicking around in the grass. Funny I thought I had heard a little bark/yelp the other day from out back. Now I have a thousand dollar camera and just tonight figured out why my pictures were not coming out. I guess by holding the flash unit down so it doesn't flash, puts the camera (a Nikon D80) into some sort of manual mode. So sorry for the once again blurry pictures...like the bear shot a few days back...I'll try harder to get better pics next time.

I have the feeling my neighborhood is going to get noisier at night now...

You can see the ear of the second kit sticking up from the backside of the bushes by the blue shed wall....and as I took the second shot the mother saw me and decided I was too close and started walking toward me, so I headed for the front door. No need for a bite in the butt before breakfast....
