Does anyone know what is being built on the site where the Dentist was? The old building has been removed.

Speare Memorial purchased the lot in December 2021. Medical offices would be my guess, although a walk-in urgent care of some kind would be most welcomed.

I believe the sign that hangs on the fence said urgent care, just what we need, another one…..

Just like we need another Dollar store and some more condos……..

well, the nearest urgent care to Moultonboro is in Belmont which is more than 20 miles away so to me it would be great to have one closer.

Absolutely! The entire north end of the lake has no coverage. On a busy weekend day it’s a very long ride to the centers at the south end of the lake
