If I had my druthers I would 100% agree with allowing citizens to create/manufacture/distribute the types of things being talked about here.

I don't like nay-sayers, but there is an element to consider.

Unfortunately, there are too many kooks out there who would love to "buck the system" (advertise/sell things that are harmful)- Think phone scams/Medicare frauds!

As individuals, we can make our own choices- If a large entity is receiving materials from a "trusted source", and distributing them, the individual choice is dissipated.

What we don't want /need is a crap-shoot on dependency!

I don't think this can be avoided. Sorry.
