Lakes Region Labor Attorney
I really like this forum for recommendations. Can anyone suggest a labor attorney that could give me an opinion on a non-compete agreement I have with my current employer?

I agree - Anne Rice is very good.
She's never worked for me but she has been opposing council on one or two occasions and she has been very good (to good really) at representing her clients. |

Good that you are seeking counsel. The proactive thing is to do this prior to assenting to any agreement. As I told my son once when he asked for advice after the fact, I am always here to assist in any way possible and going forward please consult when thinking of doing something. Not that I have all, or any answers, but we can work things out together. Been great ever since.
