Folks, Looking for a local shop that might specialize in boat electrical. My sons 1997 19' Four Winns is having problems with the nav lights. Problem started with the bow light being on all the time when the boat was running now neither bow or stern light works. I replaced the 3 way switch to no avail. Fuse is fine.
