I'm looking to putting a plaque on a metal dock. Obviuosly it has to stand the weather. Is there anyplace that does this kind work.

I would try Cabelas / Bass Pro / Etc, they all have some personalized aluminum signs that hold up real well in bad weather. We had one made for our camp on Welch 5 years ago and it looks as good as the day we got it. Relatively inexpensive also.
