If you can't find a reasonably priced OEM fix, one option would be to use one of these instead:

By moving the engine back 5.5" you can raise it 1/2" to 3/4" and often gain a bit more cruising and top speed (and therefore fuel efficiency). It's like jack plate in that regard.
