Here's good bang for your buck.I like cooking my own.The best way to cook it imo is with a Ron Popeill "Set it an forget it" Showtime rotisserie.Comes out perfect every time.Just set and forget it..What's different from most restaurants is the rotisserie technique.A nice self basting crust around the whole prime rib.
