If this is a larger oil company ask for someone more experienced with boilers... if it's a private heating company you may have already got their best and you may need to call someone else. You should only be charged once not every time someone comes out there. Most of the time you don't need a new boiler you need a new service technician. Hope you actually get someone who cares enough to put a little effort into your problem.

I had the impression he was referring to a piece inside the chamber. The company is Dead River. Any experience with their service? There's a technician near me, Roy Hubble. Anyone know his work?
