Used furniture is surprisingly difficult to sell/donate. Sell for pennies on the dollar, as mentioned above. Beg a nonprofit to come pick it up with their incredibly strained resources.

Tax deduction? This is unlikely--the Trump tax changes increased the standard personal deduction in a way that makes it rare for a person to get a tax deduction on donations in this value range. If you do not itemize, there is no tax deduction.

In this context, anyone with a truck and a couple of strong friends may be a good recipient
