another option nobody offered if you want to travel the east side of the lake from 93 is to take the 393 exit in Concord to Rt 4 and either cut through Chichester (windy and bumpy road) or go to the Epsom circle and take Rt 28 to the Alton Circle then 28 up through Wolfboro.

My preference is 93 to 104 but I sometimes take the above route just to mix things up. I imagine you will find some traffic in Wolfboro but nothing like the west side of the lake. The difference b/t the two routes from Concord cant be 10 minutes to the Suissvale area (guessing) given anticipated traffic.
