I used Overhead Door back in the summer and was very happy with their service. One of my springs snapped. They came out right away to install a temporary fix, as the actual spring had to be ordered. I gave them my garage code, as the day they could do the quick fix, I wasn't going to be home, and then when the actual spring came in a month or so later, they just showed up and used the code to install it. No fuss, no muss...
