Natts wife...Weird would absolutely be one of the words I would use to describe her. Everytime I tell this story someone else says they have seen her and have a similar story.
I was just beside myself that she walked right by me as I confronted her..That is what put me over the edge.
I'm not sure what the cop did after I left. He gave me the option of going to the station and doing all that stuff or he would make her aware of the fines involved, so on so forth. I went with that option. But when I did pull out of the parking lot about 5 minutes later the cop was still there talking to her with her drivers side door open. So I’m guessing he was taking a look at the dogs as well and hopefully checking their rabies tags?
My biggest issue is that I do have 2 very small children (age 4 and 2) and 99% of the time I shop with them by myself so if we happened to walk near these dogs my child would have been bitten for sure!
