We were simply talking about pros and cons of living in NH vs Mass…
Fortunately, my employer is in a state (not Mass) that can’t charge me their state income tax here in NH.
If I moved to Mass, I would pay the Mass rate to the state of mass.

But if you earned less in NH, then working in MA and paying the taxes makes more sense. That is why so many residents of NH work in MA.
The guy next to me drives from Belmont to Logan five days a week.
